Hi! My name is Kaitlin,
Kait, Kaite- whichever you prefer! (I really don't mind whatever you
choose)I live in Morgantown, West Virginia- a good-sized college town

I've lived  in or near by all my life. I live with my mom and step-dad
and together we take care of my nephew, Jacob, who's 19 months-old. I love him to death, family is a big part of my life.

I was doing online high school, but I decided to get my GED instead.
I'm 17, I turn 18 while we're on the field in Mexico (February 26th.) Recently I got a job  working at Chick-Fil-A, so I work there about 4 days a week, and love it. Other than working I hang out with my friends who also work at Chick-fil-a after we all get off, and I watch Jake
most days in the evenings at home with my momma.

I would say I'm a pretty easy going person, who' very chill and
relaxed. I've gone through a pretty big healing process this whole
year, and put a lot of things off ( such as my school work) dealing
with a few areas in my life.

In the summer of 2008 I went on a month long trip with AIM to
Swaziland, Africa and got my life changed by God. I met some amazing
sisters and brothers and am so thankful for how God brings people into
my life for forever. Then this past summer (2009) I went on a two week
trip to Puerto Rico with AIM and my leader (for the 2nd time around)
told me about the NOVAS trip. I'd already been looking for and praying
about a longer trip to go on while I take a year off before college.
This was the perfect fit, and so here I am. Writing about myself in my
own blog, and praying for those who read this and support me.God's so
awesome in the ways He works, and I'm constantly seeing that and being
shown that.  I look forward to writing more on this blog and getting to
know my supporters in a more personal way and being able to share whats
on my heart and in my ministry.
